It’s exciting when my calendar is packed.

For example, next week is all about Epicor Insights 2026. After a great experience last year, I’ve been really looking forward to this year’s edition, taking place in Nashville, Tennessee, from May 18 – May 21, 2026. It’s set in the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center: one of the largest hotels in the world.

From great keynotes to very interesting sessions, Epicor Insights is a great opportunity for customers and partners of their ERPs to learn more of what they have in store. There are also opportunities for hand-on learning, demos, and a chance to make very meaningful conversations.

Monday, May 18: Arrival and orientation day. There is an introductory session in the late afternoon for first-timers, followed by the Welcome Reception and the first opening of the Solutions Pavilion — a good chance to ease in, get a feel for the floor, and start running into people before the main programme kicks off.

Tuesday, May 19: The most packed day of the week. It opens with the Welcome and Executive Keynotes from 8 – 10 AM, where Epicor leadership sets their strategic vision for the year. This is followed by Road Ahead sessions and breakouts, labs, workshops, and demos across every track imaginable, from AI and supply chain to finance, security, and eCommerce.

Wednesday, May 20: Opens with two keynotes: analyst Gene Marks on mid-market trends and policy, followed by a conversation with coach Nick Saban. The day also includes user group meetings and another full slate of breakouts alongside open Pavilion time. The evening is the Dinner and Entertainment event: the social highlight of the week.

Thursday, May 21: Focused final day of breakout sessions and labs covering everything from cloud migration to workforce management and financial operations.

A gist of the types of sessions this year and more key information about the can be found here.

Insights brings together some of the brightest minds in distribution and manufacturing, gearing to continue staying ahead of the curve. In addition to attending the sessions, I have a special focus on discussions with movers and shakers attending the event. Some of these will even be released as episodes of the Driven By DCKAP podcast, and I look forward to you joining the conversation once they do.

I’ve talked before about how preparation is key to great execution. The past few weeks have gone into ensuring that we are able to make the most of the event, with special thanks to Catherine Sulskis , Sonia Coleman , and Iram Shaikh in ensuring that we are in the best position to do so.

And if you’re attending, see you there.

Thanks for reading.
